Conforming Loan Products
Due to the recent credit crisis, some of the loan products have been suspended by FNMA and FHLMC.
 Besides the typical fixed rate (FRM)and adjustable rate mortgages (ARM) with varying loan terms up to
40 years, there are conforming loans that cater to home buyers with as little as 3% down payment, those
with lower credit scores, teachers and firefighters, and Native Americans.  However, not every bank offers
every conforming loan products.
